When to go

Croatia is a destination for all seasons, but if you’re after an affordable last-minute trip, it’s best to avoid the peak months. Instead, look for deals in May, early June, late September or October. If it’s sun, sea and sand you’re after – all eyes on the Dalmatian Coast – July and August are probably your best months. And if you compare deals and book early enough, you can usually bag yourself a good deal.
