Like many other Greek towns and villages, Mykonos Town is great for picking up local handmade crafts that you just won’t find back at home. The rich flash their cash down by the harbour but it’s Matoyanni Street where you’ll find the real hidden gems to take home. Handcrafted leather bags, belts and jackets are all for sale here and glitzy, unique jewellery shimmers as you walk down this intriguing street.

Things To Do

Apart from shopping and enjoying the classy cocktail bars, Mykonos Town is home to the Archaeological and Folklore Museum each opening a small window into this island's history and culture. If you want to enjoy this islands beach life, spend time at the small beach by the harbour or hop on a water taxi to Psarou Beach where you’ll find a selection of water sports, soft white sand and tempting beach bars.
